Day 2 - One Hundred Four Degrees Temps

This entry is from two days 3 days ago, no cell service for the last 3 days, let alone data service from phone.
Thought today would be easy only 65 miles, down hill and wind at our backs at first. We made our second crossing of the great divide only 5 miles into the ride.
Then the temperatures quickly climbed maxing out at 104.
Staying hydrated at those temps while exercising is almost impossible. You have to take 3-4 sips of water about every 5-10 minutes. You know if you are hydrated adequately if you have to pee every 2 hours or so and the urine stream should be clear. I was having to go every hour or so, but I am taking large amounts of vitamins. I am taking an extra strength multivitamin, as well as an extra strenght mineral supplement, Co Enzyme Q-10 (for good heart function), glucosamine for my knees, lutein for eyes, advil, alpha liponic acid for cell repair from free radicals generated by exteme muscle activity, Allegra D for allergies, potassium tablet (kind of like gatorade in a pill to replace potassium from salt loss do to extreme sweating) and Sudafed non drying sinus for ear and nasal passages. So I have no way of knowing if I was properly hydrated or not because my pee was this strange color shade of, well never mind, TMI.
Anyhow I figured I must have the most expensive urine in the world.
