The Teton Range

The Teton Range is only about 40 miles long, but what a 40 miles!
The Tetons rise dramtically up from the valley floor, to over 13,000 feet, well over a mile above Jackson Hole. The Tetons are America's youngest mountain range, a mere 7 million years old.

I can't wait to see it in person. We are going to cross Jenny Lake and hike up to the waterfall. The guide books say it is a favorite hike for families. Sherry
